Shipping policy

Each of our products is made to order. Standard production time is 3–5 business days. If your order requires personalization or is particularly large, this period may be extended — in such cases, we will contact you to inform you of the estimated completion time.

We ship orders both within Poland and internationally. The shipping time depends on the destination country and the carrier. In Poland, parcels usually arrive within 1–2 business days after shipment. International delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the size and destination of the order. In the case of international shipments, additional customs duties or taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

We work with reliable courier companies such as DPD, FedEx. After the order is dispatched, the customer receives an email with a shipment tracking number.
